SERVICE MONITORING

The frequency depends on the plan you choose.
The frequency mentioned in your plan is the interval at which we check the service (for example: every 15 minutes, 5 minutes, or 1 minute).

You will receive an email alert every time there is a service status change, including:
- When the service goes DOWN.
- When the service comes BACK UP.
Email alerts are included in all Service Monitoring plans.

WhatsApp alerts are sent only if your plan includes WhatsApp notifications.

- WhatsApp alerts are sent only when the service goes DOWN
- WhatsApp alerts are not sent when the service comes back UP
Each plan has a maximum WhatsApp alert limit per day, as mentioned in the plan

If the daily WhatsApp alert limit for your plan is reached:
- WhatsApp alerts will stop for the rest of the day
- Email alerts will continue without interruption

No. Alerts are triggered only on status change:
- UP → DOWN
- DOWN → UP (email only)
You will not receive repeated alerts while the service remains down.

No. Monitoring checks are lightweight and designed to have no noticeable impact on your service performance.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to change:
- Monitoring frequency
- Alert channels
- Notification limits
